what you’ll need • 15 dried figs • 1/4 lb boucheron cheese • 3-4 Tablespoons honey • 1 box crackers
what to do 1 Halve the figs from top to bottom. 2 Smear each half gently with about a teaspoon of cheese. 3 Place the figs on a cracker and drizzle with honey.

CLASS SCHEDULE for OCTOBER 10th, 2009 @ GOWANUS STUDIO SPACE (**new entrance:166 7th St. between 2nd & 3rd Avenues**)
The day will consist of 5 blocks of 90-minute classes, with 3 classes taking place per block.
Admission is a suggested donation of $10.
Participants can attend as many or as few classes as they like, but are encouraged to make a day of learning.
