The Brooklyn Skillshare is a community-based, community-led, & community-building learning events organized and taught by Brooklyn residents.

MISSION STATEMENT
Education is a right, not a commodity. We are all students and teachers, and we believe that everyone has something to teach and to learn from each other. The Brooklyn Skillshare is a communal, hands-on, learning experience that aims to serve as a jumping-off point in the construction of an autonomous, nonexclusive, reciprocal learning community.

FREE BIKE CLASSES!

Check out relatively new bike shop, 718 Cyclery, (in the South Park Slope/Windsor Terrace area of Brooklyn) and their free bike classes!

Bikes, in their current form, and are basically 120-ish year old technology, so being secret and proprietary about building and servicing them seems out of place in this age of information we live in. We have many of the same tools that shops that existed at the turn of the 20th century possessed

All classes are at noon and free of charge. RSVP to info@718c.com

February 26th: Brakes, theory and adjustments
